Determining Rates

Short term cases (such as surveillance cases) or fixed time cases will be billed at an hourly rate. Wrongful convictions and criminal cases, where the outcome may take a significant amount of time or are aimed to be fully investigated will likely be at a fixed rate.  The rate type will be discussed and decided upon at our initial meeting.

HOURLY RATE

Our basic hourly fee starts at $85.00 per hour and goes up from there. This depends on the difficulty of the case and how many agents and resources are assigned to your case. This rate is usually applied to more routine assignments.

FLAT RATES
​

Flat rates are available in cases where there is a variation in days and hours, or an undetermined time schedule for the completion of the case. These cases usually do not have a fixed time parameter and often depend on phase completion. This rate is usually applied to more complex assignments.
